Located near Pataskala, Ohio and only 20 miles from Columbus, we produce goats milk from about 50 goats. Normally not milking in winter, our does (Pronounced like "doughs") are usually in the cozy barn.
We make Raw Goats Milk Feta cheese and if time permits, Chocolate and Peanut Butter fudges. This coming year, 2009, we hope to produce other new products. We are hoping for goats milk yogurt and Brie.
Since we must keep the cheese for 60 days in a salt brine, we have plenty of cheese through this winter season.(2008)
